中西医联手诊治老年病的方法论-老年病论文-中医学论文-医学论文 ——文章均为WORD文档，下载后可直接编辑使用亦可打印—— 　　摘 要：　随着人口老龄化的日益进展, 老年病的发病率逐日攀升, 积极防治老年病引起全社会的广泛关注。中西医结合防治老年病可以集中西医所长, 相互借鉴, 相互补充, 更好的应对日益严峻的临床环境。本文基于国内外中西医结合治疗老年病的发展现状, 综合评述了现阶段老年病的特点、抗衰老的中西医诊疗方法、中西医结合应用于临床的进展, 并从多个方面分析了中医和西医单独面对老年病这一类特殊病种时的优势和不足, 提出了中西医结合治疗老年病方法论这一概念, 进而阐述了该方法论的必要性和可行性, 并进行了总结和展望。 　　关键词：　中医学; 学术流派; 文献研究; 学术思想; 　　Abstract：　The population aging is becoming more and more serious, the incidence of geriatrics is rising.An active prevention and treatment of diseases is causing the wide attention to the whole society.By the combination between the traditional Chinese and western medicine, we can get both of their strengths to prevent the geriatrics and learn from each other, and make a better way to cope with the worse clinical environment.In this paper, based on the current development of combination of the traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment of geriatrics in China and abroad, a comprehensive review is given on the current characteristics of geriatrics, anti-aging traditional Chinese and western medicine diagnosis and treatment methods, and the current utilization of the clinical of the combination between the traditional Chinese and western medicine.We analyze the advantage and the insufficient of traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine by facing this geriatrics disease alone from several aspects.We put forward the conception to the treatment of the geriatrics by the combination of the traditional Chinese and western medicine, and further describe the feasible and the necessity of this method, also we make a conclusion and forward looking to this method. 　　Keyword：　Geriatrics; Combine traditional Chinese and western medicine; Thought; 　　随着人口老龄化的日益进展, 老年病的发病率逐日增高, 积极防治老年病引起全社会的广泛关注。现代医学研究认为, 随着年龄的增加, 机体组织器官机能的衰退, 导致一系列病理生理退行性改变, 是老年病发生的主要因素。老年病的特点主要表现在以下几个方面: (1) 多数老年人患有慢性非传染性疾病 (慢性病) , 发病趋势和流行病学资料表明, 我国老年人常见的慢性疾病有:高血压、冠心病、脑血管病、恶性肿瘤、糖尿病、慢性阻塞性肺病 (COPD) 、白内障和前列腺增生等, 不同地区和不同人群每种疾病的患病率和排序都有所不同。 (2) 多因素致病
