精品文档，助力人生，欢迎关注小编！ 新形势下企业思想政治工作管理方式创新 孔琳娜 【摘 要】随着现代化企业的快速发展以及我国市场经济体制改革的推进，思想政治工作的重要性日益凸显。因此，在新形势下新思想、新情况不断出现，企业的思想政治工作必须紧跟时代的步伐，不断地探索和研究，从而将新时代企业思想政治工作提升到一个全新的高度。论文对新形势背景下创新思想政治工作的必要性进行分析，提出了新时代下企业开展思想政治工作的新策略，希望为企业当前的发展提供建议和帮助。 【Abstract】With the rapid development of modern enterprises and the promotion of the reform of Chinas market economy system， the importance of ideological and political work is increasingly prominent. Therefore， under the new situation， new ideas and new situations are constantly emerging. The ideological and political work of enterprises must keep up with the pace of the times， and constantly be explored and studied， so as to promote the ideological and political work of enterprises in the new era to a new height. This paper analyzes the necessity of innovating ideological and political work under the new situation， and puts forward new strategies for enterprises to carry out ideological and political work in the new era， hoping to provide suggestions and help for the current development of enterprises. 【关键词】新形势;企业;思想政治工作;管理方式;创新 【Keywords】new situation; enterprises; ideological and political work; management mode; innovation 【中图分类号】D64 【文献标志码】A 【文章编号】1673-1069（2020）11-0045-02 1 引言 創新思想政治工作成为当前党的建设和企业发展的重要基础，同时，也是企业开展各项工作的关键。目前，由于市场经济的快速发展，企业内外部环境也会随着时局变动而变动，企业员工的思想观念也是五花八门、日趋复杂，尤其是行为习惯和价值观念也发生了很大的变化，使得企业在进行思想政治工作的过程中将面临着严峻的挑战。对于如何有效地进行新形势下思想政治工作的出现，发挥好思想政治工作的重要作用，成为当前思政工作者所面临的重要课题。尤其是国企单位，其应该充分认识到新形势下所面临的新情况、新的问题以及寻找新的突破口，寻求相应的解决办法，开展有针对性的工作新途径和新方式的探讨，用新的观念来武装员工的大脑，新的办法迎接新的挑战，创新的精神来开拓新的局面，使得企业思想政治工作建设能在不断地继承优秀文化的同时，也能在继承中不断地壮大，在创新的理念背景下，找到合适的发展方向。 2 新形势下企业思想政治工作管理方式创新的必要性 2.1 满足企业发展的需要 在新时代的发展背景下，企业将面临新的挑战和新的机遇，所以需要建立起科学完善的体系，不断地完善思政政治工作，及时地转变工作理念以及工作方式，加强对企业员工工作思想的指引，从而提高员工的整体素质。 2.2 完善企业的管理制度 企业要想在发展的过程中建立企业自身的发展优势，那么建设企业管理制度是非常重要的一环。建立行之有效的管理制度，并且在实际的管理过程中不断地加强对日常管理工作的总结，不断地加强自身建设和自我总结。通过采取深入以及细致化的思想政治工作方式，可以使企业的员工能快速地提升思想政治觉悟，同时，能有效地增强主人翁的责任意识和认同感，所以结合企业发展完善各项制度意义重大。 2.3 营造良
