宿迁市咼等师范学木父宿舍 楼工程 施 工 组 织 设 计 编 制 单 位：宿迁职业技术学院 编制人：周杨 审核人： 审批人： 编制日期：2013年4月23日 摘要 施工组织设计是建筑施工组织的核心和灵魂， 是对工程建设项目全过程的构 思设想和具体安排，用来指导施工项目全过程各项活动的技术、 经济和组织的综 合性文件。 本施工组织设计首先根据图纸资料明确商场超市的施工方案， 在此基础上按照现 行建设工程工程量清单计价规范进行了工程量计算，其中主要包括土石方工程、 砌筑工程、混凝土及钢筋混凝土工程等各个分部分项工程。在清楚每个工程的内 容范围以及每一样材料，特别是混凝土、钢筋等一些重要材料用量的前提下， 根 据现场的实际情况设计出一份施工组织方案。该设计方案确定了该工程的人工、 材料和机械消耗量，以及各项施工保证措施。 该施工组织设计作为指导商场超市工程的全局性文件，是对本工程制定各分 项工程施工方案、工程质量的保证措施以及工期成本控制的依据，也是指导和开 展紧凑而有秩序施工活动的技术依据。 关键词： 施工组织；施工方案；工程量；质量; Times New Roman Con structio n orga ni zati on, process activities tech ni cal, docume nt.
