摘要

民族精神，是中国文化的基本精神之一，关乎到国家的富强和民族的
振兴。这种精神在中国作为强劲的民族精神流传百世，在当今时代更
应树立发扬自强不息的民族精神。自强不息在武术的发展中起了不可
逾越的作用。天行健，君子以自强不息。地 坤，君子以厚德载物。传
承了几千年的中华文明，承载了自强不息的民族精神是中华民族星辉
灿烂的支柱，是民族独立富强的保证。

Abstract
Wushu is a part of Chinese bright culture. The martial arts strive
constantly for self-improvement is Chinas national spirit and one of
Chinese culture basic spiritual. Concerns to the country prosperous and
powerful and nationalitys promotion 。This spirit takes the strong national
spirit in China to spread hundred years should set up the national spirit
which in the present era develops strives constantly for self-improvement.

the martial arts development. The day line is healthy, the gentleman
strives constantly for self-improvement. The topography Yin principle,
the gentleman carries the thing by thick Germany. Has inherited several
