新常态背景下高职院校创新创业教育改革发展路径 The path of innovation and entrepreneurship education reform in Higher Vocational Colleges under the new normal background 林成文 1 张云青 2 杨玉斌 3 长春信息技 术职业学院， 130012，长春市卓越大街 881 号， E-mail:zdcxyjscx@163.com 摘 要：国务院办公厅去年 5 月发布《关于深化高等学校创新 创业教育改革的实施意见》，目的就是要通过高等教育综合改革，提 升高校毕业生就业创业质量，以适应国家创新驱动发展战略的需要；本 文在研究经济与教育新常态相互关系基础上，深刻解读国家与地方政 策精神，并结合高职院校发展实际，提出高职院校创新创业教育改革 发展路径 ；本论文和研究结果 促进高职院校创新创业教育改革具有 一定借鉴作用，其主要价值和创新之处是通过深化高职院校教育教学 改革，启发和引导高职院校积极参与大众创业、万众创新的实践。 关键词 ：新常态；高职院校；教育改革；发展路径 Abstract: the general office of the State Council in May last year issued opinions on deepening the reform of higher education, the purpose is to pass the comprehensive reform of higher education, enhance the employment quality of college graduates, in order to meet the needs of national innovation driven development strategy; based on the research on the relationship between economy and education on the basis of the new normal, profound interpretation of the country with the local policy spirit, and combined with the actual development of higher vocational colleges, puts forward the innovation of Higher Vocational Colleges entrepreneurship education reform development path; this thesis and research results to promote the innovation of Higher Vocational Colleges entrepreneurship education reform has certain reference value and its main innovation is through deepening the reform of education and teaching in higher vocational colleges, higher vocational colleges to inspire and guide the public to actively participate in the practice of entrepreneurship, innovation.
