In order to make people deeply understand the problems caused by artificial intelligence， pay close attention to its development， better manage and control risks， and make artificial intelligence technology serve human beings more safely and efficiently， on the basis of analyzing the connotation and essence of artificial intelligence， using literature analysis， summarized the main performance of the artificial intelligence hotness， and carries on the theory and practice of attribution analysis， emphasizes the artificial intelligence problems and limitation， pointed proposed give full play to the initiative of human creation， establishing the ethical code of ethics， protecting peoples privacy and help to solve problems in industry with AI. Key Words： artificial intelligence; education and teaching; ethics; intelligent city 0 引言 20XX年3月，人工智能阿尔法狗（AlphaGo）凭借机器学习技术在围棋比赛中战胜了人类世界冠军棋手李世石，这引发了全球对“人工智能”的关注。目前，国内外学者有关人工智能的热点研究已涉及商业、教育、社会生活等各领域。 在国外，自从1995年BresnahanTrajtenberg[1]提出人工智能是一种“通用目的技术”以后，人工智能技术便逐渐应用于各领域。例如，Varian[2]提出将大数据技术与人工智能产业加以融合应用;Taddy指出在计算机未经明确编程时，机器学习能够让其拥有学习能力并能找出完成任务的方法[3]。 我国人工智能技术较国外比起步晚， 近年来出现了大量研究，已成为当前学者关注的一个热点问题[4]。例如，在金融应用方面，喻家骏[5]提出将人工智能与金融领域应用相结合;在教育研究领域，吴永和等[6]为创设智慧化教育环境，创新学习方式与教学模式，给予
