薄氏腹针治疗联合心理行为护理在维持性血液透析患者中的应用效果 周珍俐 朱丽芳 冯流畅 魏立良 谭秦湘 [摘要]目的 探讨薄氏腹针治疗联合心理行为护理在维持性血液透析（MHD）患者中的应用效果。方法 选取20XX年8月～20XX年8月我院收治的68例MHD患者作为研究对象，按照随机化分组方式分为观察组（n=34）与对照组（n=34）。观察组采用薄氏腹针治疗联合心理行为护理干预，对照组采用传统体针治疗，比较两组的临床疗效和睡眠情况及生活质量（生理功能、情志活动、社会功能、精神状态）。结果 观察组临床总有效率（94.1%）高于对照组（62.0%），差异有统计学意义（P0.05），观察组的睡眠质量评分低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）;观察组的生活质量评分高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论 在临床治疗中，薄氏腹针治疗联合心理行为护理对MHD患者的治疗效果良好，提高患者的生活质量。 [关键词]薄氏腹针;心理行为护理;维持性血液透析;睡眠障礙;生活质量 [中图分类号] R248 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-4721（2020）7（c）-0211-04 Application effect of Bo′s abdominal acupuncture combined with psycho-behavior nursing on patients with maintenance hemodialysis ZHOU Zhen-li1 ZHU Li-fang1 FENG Liu-chang2 WEI Li-liang2 TAN Qin-xiang2 1.
