研究听障残疾大学生的职业生涯规划论文 通过对听障残疾大学生的职业生涯规划现状进行调查, 结果发现:残疾大学生以自主选择专业为主, 并在生源地方面呈现显著差异;职业生涯规划意识与行为选择呈现两极分化的特征, 并在学生干部身份方面呈现显著差异;残疾大学生多数认为 ___发展、个人自身能力、国家就业政策是影响自身职业发展的主要因素, 并在残疾程度方面呈现显著差异;残疾大学生普遍有较大的就业压力;职业生涯教育开展情况不佳, 残疾大学生对教育需求呈现出差异化和多元化需求。这些研究结果对于提高残疾大学生的职业生涯规划意识、提升残疾大学生职业生涯规划能力、促进残疾大学生顺利就业具有积极的现实意义。 关键词：残疾大学生; 职业生涯规划; 职业生涯认知; 专业认知; 就业认知; 就业心理; 教育需求; 职业生涯规划能力; A Survey of Career Planning for Disabled College Students FAN Li-li School of Management, Nan ___g Normal College of Special Education Abstract： Through the investigation of the status of career planning for the disabled college students with hearing impairment, it is found out that the disabled students are mainly independent to choose their majors, with the significant differences in their sources; the consciousness of career planning and behavior choice are polarized, with the obvious differences in the identity of student leaders; the majority of the disabled students think that social economic development, individual ability and national employment policy are the main factors that affect the career development, with the significant differences in the degree of disability; the disabled students generally have greater employment pressure; the career education is not carried out satisfactorily so that they have a demand for education. There is a different and diversified demand for education. These results have positive and practical significance for improving the awareness of career planning for the disabled students, enhancing their career planning ability and promoting their suessful employment.
