杂交水稻广两优916产量性状分析 全瑞兰 鲁伟林 霍二伟 沈光辉 扶定 马汉云 郭桂英 黄涛 王青林 摘 要：為了进一步挖掘两系杂交籼稻广两优916的高产潜力，利用区域试验和生产试验资料，对广两优916的全生育期（X1）、株高（X2）、有效穗（X3）、穗长（X4）、穗粒数（X5）、结实率（X6）、千粒质量（X7）和产量（Y）进行相关、通径和回归分析，计算各农艺性状对产量的通径系数与决定系数，并建立回归方程。结果表明，水稻广两优916的农艺性状变异系数较小，平均产量高，稳产丰产性好;相关分析表明，结实率和千粒质量与广两优916产量呈极显著正相关（P0.01），千粒质量与产量显著偏相关（P0.05）;通径分析中对产量直接作用最大的是千粒质量，其次是有效穗和结实率;决定系数显示千粒质量、结实率、有效穗对产量的决定作用最明显;用逐步回归筛选出有效穗和千粒质量2个变量建立了回归方程y=-6 215.689+12.826X3+427.316X7，方程显著性检验达到极显著水平（P0.01）。综上，千粒质量、有效穗和结实率是影响广两优916产量的主要性状，在推广应用以及高产创建时要注意保证有效穗，提高结实率和千粒重。 关键词：杂交水稻;广两优916;产量;相关分析;通径分析;回归分析 中图分类号：S511 文献标识码：A DOI 编码：10.3969/j.issn.1006-6500.2020.06.008 Abstract： In order to further tap the high-yield potential of the two-line hybrid indica rice Guangliangyou916， the regional test and production test data were used， the correlation analysis， path analysis and regression analysis were carried out for traits such as the whole growth period （X1）， plant height （X2）， effective panicle （X3）， ear length （X4）， grain number per panicle （X5）， seed setting rate （X6）， thousand-grain weight（X7） and yield （Y）. At the same time， the path coefficient and determination coefficient of each agronomic character to yield of Guangliangyou916 were calculated， and the regression equation was also established. The results showed that the variation coefficient of agronomic traits of Guangliangyou916 was small， and the cultivar appeared high and steady yield. The correlation analysis showed that the seed setting rate and thousand-grain weight were positively correlated with the yield of Guangliangyou 916（P0.01）， and the partial correlation between thousand-grain weight and yield of Guangliangyou 916 was also significant（P0.05）. The path analysis results showed that the thousand-grain weight had the greatest direct effect on the yield of Guangliangyou916， followed by effective panicle and seed setting rate.
