How you move on a tennis court is arguably the most important part of the game. This video explains why. 步法是网球中最最重要的一部分，我们现在来讲为什么呢？当然不是因为他爸爸 信魏！魏什么呢？ Footwork is arguably the most importa nt part of tennis. You can have the prettiest strokes on the pla net, but none of that matters if you can t move out to the tennis ball, set up, and the n actually use those pretty strokes. If you don t move well, sometimes you ll be too close to the tennis ball when you hit, other times too far away, or maybe the ball will be too low or too high. Correct footwork allows you to set up and use the proper mecha nics whe n you hit. 步法不可否认是最重要的，因为即使你有火星球级别的击球秘笈， 你不能移动到 位也是枉然，有时击球点太近有时又太远，亦或是太高或者太低（昨天晚上看了 看硬体里自己的球录像，好象是这样的！）正确的步法是你正确运用击球技术的 保证。 When you play tennis, there s a specific way you move in almost every situati on. You movea certain way when moving out to hit the tennis ball and the same is true whe n recoveri ng back to the tee.
