举业设计G仑文） 财务比率分析在企业管理中的运用 ——以万科集团为例 完成日期 财务比率分析在企业管理中的运用 以万科集团为例 摘要 在经济全球化的大环境下，企业要发展社会要进步就要灵活的运用财务比率分析方 法，这里就以财务比率分析进行研究分析。财务比率分析方法是基本的报表分析方法，也 是财务分析的核心，数据来源的主要是来自己发布的会计报表。一般来说，企业的年度会 计报表要在年末后的儿个月才能发布和提供给分析人员，且它们所反映的仅仅是年度中一 天或一个时期的数据资料。这些数据资料已受到一定程度的影响，特别是在剧烈的经济衰 退和发生突然经济变化的时期，企业的财务状况可能已有重大的变化。因此，财务人员根 据会计报表进行财务分析的时候要充分认识局限性。在实际运用中，财务比率分析仍然存 在许多不足，很多财务指标和会计报表存在一定的局限性，会计政策和会计方法也对财务 比率分析存在影响。灵活运用财务比率分析方法是企业赖以生存的基石、企业前进的方向、 企业发展的动力。而充分理解财务比率分析就是重中之重了。本文就其如何运用以万科集 团为例具体分析并提出了其中的问题，最后就其问题进行了具体的探讨并对具体问题提出 了一些具体的改进方法。 关键词：财务比率；财务比率分析；企业管理 论文类型：应用型 The application of financial ratio analysis inenterprise management For Vanke group Abstract Under the circumstances of economic globalization, the society to progress to the development of an enterprise is flexible use of financial ratio analysis of the development, this could lead to financial ratio analysis for this paper. Financial ratio analysis is a basic statement analysis method, also is the core of the financial analysis, data sources are mainly from the published financial statements. In general, the enterprises annual accounting statements to be at the end of the year after a few months to publish and provided to the analysts, and they reflect a period is only one day in the year or the data. These data have been influenced by a certain degree, especially in a severe recession and sudden economic change, the financial position of the enterprise can have significant changes. Therefore, financial personnel conducts financial analysis according to the accounting statements to fully understand its limitations. In practice, there are still many insufficient financial ratio analysis, a lot of financial indicators and the limitation to the accounting statements, accounting policies and accounting method also affect financial ratio analysis.
