多 Agent 论文：基于多 Agent 的虚拟企业供应链管理信息 系统研究 【中文摘要】虚拟企业 (VE, Virtual Enterprise) 作为一种新 的企业组织形式 , 以其独有的优势引起了学术界和实业界的广泛重 视。信息网络是虚拟企业运行的技术基础 , 运用先进的信息技术与设 施, 虚拟企业才能够组成网络式的联盟 , 实现资源的最佳组合和企业 的快速发展 ,并借助灵活的运营机制降低市场风险 , 充分利用资源。 虚拟企业合作关系中 ,应用最为广泛的是供应链合作关系 , 在这种情 形下,将供应链上的各环节企业的总体看作一个虚拟企业联盟 , 联盟 的内部即虚拟企业供应链管理。本文以虚拟企业供应链管理为研究 对象, 探讨如何将虚拟企业分布式资源通过有效的信息系统支持更好 地集成在一起 , 为虚拟企业较好地适应市场环境变化提供服务。本文 利用多 Agent 系统在分布式系统中 Agent 具有社会性、智能性、主 动性、反应性、自治性、合作性、理智型的特性 , 并考虑到多 Agent 系统能够协调组织多个 Agent 进行协同、通信完成某项单个 Agent 无法完成的任务的优势 , 从虚拟企业选择性横向优势资源共享层面入 手 , 对虚拟企业供应链管理信息系统进行了研究。本文首先对 Agent 相关理论、供应链管理信息系统及虚拟企业供应链管理已有研究文 献进行了总结。本文所作的具体工作包括：首先研究了虚拟企业供 应链管理的具体过程及各过程中可采用的合作事项 , 包含供应链管理 中的采购至最终的客户关系管理等内容 , 在上述研究的基础上对多 Agent 系统所必须的单 Agent 结构、虚拟企业单个企业内部系统框 架及企业间系统执行框架进行设计 ,同时还对多 Agent 系统来说至关 重要的协调和通讯问题进行了针对性的运用和分析 , 进而采用面向对 象的UML建模方法对系统进行了分析和设计，系统选用了有效简洁的 设计平台对系统进行了实现 , 从系统实现部分来讲 , 具体包括系统软 件实现和集成环境实现两方面 , 最后通过某电力设备公司及与某大型 电力设备公司组成的虚拟企业多 Agent 系统运行实例对系统运作过 程进行了具体的分析和讨论。本文通过上述研究证实了多 Agent 系 统对虚拟企业供应链管理选择性横向协作的可行性和优越性。 【英文摘要】 As a new form of business organization, virtual enterprise (VE) has been focused on by the academia and industrialist widely. Information network is the basis for the operation in the VE. With the use of the advanced technology and facilities, VE should be grouped into a network union. VE can bring about best combination of all the resource and rapid development of all the members in the VE. It can also make the market risk reduce and the best use of the resource by means of flexible operation mechanism. In the cooperation relation of VE, cooperation relation of supply chain is widely used in fact. Upon that, we define them as a union who are the integral of the enterprises taking charge of every node in the supply chain.
