和胃汤辅助奥美拉醴治疗胃食管反流病的临床研究 汪涛I,武煦峰2 (1.无锡市妇幼保健院药剂科，无锡，214002； 2.无锡市人民医院屮医科，无锡，214023) 摘要：目的观察和胃汤辅助奥美拉卩坐治疗胃食管反流病(GERD)的疗效。方法67例GERD患 者随机分为治疗组和对照组，前者清展顿服奥美拉哇20mg,夜间睡前服用和胃汤清晨顿服奥 美拉04 20mg,疗程6周。于治疗后2、4、6周观察胃灼热、反酸、胸骨后痛等症状的缓解情 况，并于6周后复查胃镜及24h食管pll值，比较两纽.的治愈率。结果治疗组治疗2、4、6 周示总有效率分别为80. 00%、85. 71%.94. 28%,对照组治疗2、4、6周示总有效率分别为62. 50%、 68.75%、71.88%，两组比较有极显著性差异(P0. 05)；治疗组治疗6周后内镜下A、B、C-D 级食管炎治愈率分别达82. 35%. 73. 33%. 66. 67%,对照组治疗6周后内镜下A、B级食管炎内 镜下治愈率分别为46.67%、37.14%, C-D级食管炎治愈率为零，两组比较有极显著性差异 (P0. 05)；两组治疗6周后经24h食管pH值监测,治疗组反流次数明显少于对照组(P0. 05)。 结论和胃汤辅助奥美拉哇治疗GERD的疗效明显优于单用奥美拉1她者(P0.05)o 关键词：胃食管反流；奥美拉哇；和胃汤 Abstract:Objective To investigate the curative effect of Omeprazole and soup of harmonizing stomach on gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD).Methods 67 patients with GERD were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,the former were serviced omeprazole 20mg in the morning and soup of harmonizing stomach at night,the latter were only serviced omeprazole 20mg in the morning,treatment for 6 weeks.After treatment fo「2、4、6 weeks,observe the heartburn,acid reflux,chest pain and other symptoms,reviewing of endoscopy and 24h esophtigeal pH after 6 weeks,the cure rates were compared.Results The cure rate of the treatment group was 80.00%,85.71 %,94.28% respectively after 2 4、6 weeks of treatment,but the cure rate of the control group was 62.50%,68.75%,71.88% showing an obvious difference (P0.05);the cure rate of patientswith grade A、B、C-D of esophagitis was monitored under gastroscope in pantoprazole group,which \vas82.35%,73.33%,66.67% respectively after 6 weeks of treatment,but the rate of the control group were 46. 67%、37. 14% and zero in C-D Grade with an obvious difference (F0.05) between the two groups.Conclusion Omeprazole plus soup of harmonizing stomach is more effective than Omeprazole alone in the treatment of GERD. Key words:Gastroesophageal reflux;omeprazole;soup of harmonizing stomach 胃食管反流病(GERD)是指胃-|?二指肠内容物反流入食管引起烧心等症状，可引起反流性 食管炎(RE)⑴、以及咽喉、气道等食管以外的组织损害的一组综合征。抑制胃
