But the recent development of teacher education is also faced with many challenges of internal and external. 【摘 要 题】师范教育 [ Abstract ] normal education. 【关 键 词】综合性学院 /师范教育 /优势 /挑战 [ Key words ] comprehensive school / education / advantage / challenge 【 正 文】 [ text ] 一、问题的提出 A, problem 近年来随着我国高等教育的结构性调整，在高教资源重组与师范教育体制改革的基础 上，诞生了一种新型的本科普通高校类型——综合性学院，如皖西学院、嘉兴学院、宜春学 院、淄博学院、襄樊学院、惠州学院、重庆三峡学院、宜宾学院、呼伦贝尔学院、南京晓庄 学院、大理学院、昌吉学院等 20 余所 [1] ，它们既不同于老牌有很高知名度的全国性或地方 性综合大学，也不同于有行业背景特色的师范学院、工业学院、医学院、艺体学院等，它们 中除嘉兴学院等极少数外，绝大多数（约 20 所）是以师专为主再联合其它教院、高专、电 大、 职大等合并升格而成， 故在新型综合性学院背景下师范教育如何定位与发展， 在新形势 下它们发展师范教育有哪些潜在优势与机遇， 又将遇到何种挑战与制约， 这些问题都摆在这 些近年来新成立的本科综合性学院的决策者面前。 其师范教育何去何从， 既事关这些学院近 期的生存与发展大计，又事关我国师范教育的百年转型与健康发展。 In recent years, along with the structural adjustment
