;Introduction We are living in a highly commercialized(商业化的)world where products of various kinds are playing a vital(至关重要的)role in enriching our lives and providing us with the ease and comfort of modern living. In general, a product means goods, ideas, methods, information, objects, services, etc. It is the end result of a process and serves as a need or want satisfier. In marketing, a product is anything that can be offered to a market that might satisfy a want or need. Products can be classified as tangible(有形的)or intangible(无形的). A tangible product is any physical product that can be touched like a computer, automobile, etc. An intangible product is a non-physical(非物质的)product like an insurance policy.
