扭动超声乳化白内障摘除术的临床疗效观察 【摘要】目的：探讨扭动超声振动模式用于H内障摘除术的临床疗效。方法：冋顾性分析行 扭动超声振动模式超声乳化术的实验组52例，行常规超声乳化模式的对照组60例。比较两 者患者术屮所有超声乳化能最及时河，术后笫b 7d和笫1月时最佳矫正视力、角膜厚度改 变、平均角膜内皮计数丢失、角膜水肿程度。结果：实验组术屮所有超乳时间及能量均明显 低于对照组，术后第l,7d时的最佳矫正视力、角膜厚度改变、角膜水肿稈度均明显好于对 照组(p0. 05)，而术示第1月时最佳矫正视力、角膜厚度改变、角膜水肿程度两组间无统 计学差异(P0. 05);实验组平均角膜内皮计数丢失于术示第l,7d及术后第1月时均明显 地低于对照组(P0.05)o结论：扭动超乳模式与传统超乳模式比较，具有所需能量小、时 间短，对角膜内皮损伤小等优点，是一种高效安全的超乳模式。 【关键词】扭动模式，超声乳化，白内障，临床疗效 The clinical effect observation on Torsional phacoemulsificationcataract extraction [Abstract] Objective To observe the safety and clinical effect on torsional phacoemul si f ica tion cat ar act extra ction. Met hods Fifty-two patients with cataract were divided into experiment group using torsional phacoemulsification cataract extraction and sixty patients as control group uing routine phacoemul si fication cataract extraction. The power release and ul trasonic time were observed du ring operation. The degree of corneal edema, the change of corneal thickness, the missing of endothelial cell count and the best corrected visual acuity On 1 d , 7d and 1 month were observed after operation. ResuIts The power release and ultrasonic time of experiment group were significantly lower than control group (p〈0.05) , The degree of corneal edema, the change of corneal thickness and the best corrected visual acuity on 1 d , 7d after surgery in experiment group were significantly better than control group (p0.05) ,but without significantly differences in lmoth after surgery(p0.05). While, the the missing of endothelial cell count in experiment group on 1 d , 7d and lmoth after surgery were all significantly lower than control group(p0. 05). Conclusion The Torsional mode has advantage for lower ultrasound time, lower ultrasound energy and lower corneal trauma compared with the conventional mode.
