Methods From January 2018 to October 2019 as the research period， a total of 70 patients with type 2 diabetes and cerebral infarction in the hospital were selected as the observation group， and 70 patients with non-combined type 2 cerebral infarction were selected from the hospital at the same time of diabetic patients were used as the control group， and all the subjects underwent CT diagnostic tests to compare the blood biochemical index levels， CT imaging test results， and CT imaging test characteristics of the two groups. Results Compared with the control group， fasting blood glucose， 2 hours postprandial blood glucose， triglyceride and total cholesterol levels were significantly higher in the observation group， with statistically significant difference（P0.05）; the CT imaging multiple performance in the observation group was higher than The control group was statistically significant（P0.05）; The main CT imaging features of the observation group were as follows： basal ganglia， subcutaneous layer， brainstem and cerebellum were the main focal sites， and the focal morphology was round or oval， fan-shaped or irregular.
