But recently there are still many problems in the utilization of foreign investment in China, mainly including that the foreign quality is not high, foreign capital structure is unreasonable, super-national treatment still exist, and the utilization of foreign capital in China has effect on the development of the national enterprise. According to the problems in the utilization of foreign capital, this paper puts forward some countermeasures to promote the healthy development of Chinas utilization of foreign capital. By analyzing the problems in the foreign, to conclude: to promote the healthy development of Chinas utilization of foreign capital, there is need to constantly improve the quality of foreign investment in China, actively adjust and optimize the structure of foreign investment, gradually cancel the super-national treatment, and take measures to protect Chinas national enterprises’ developments.
