SCHENKER 告知书 Notice To : 全球国际货运代理（中国）有限公司各供应商 All Subc on tractors Re: 职业健康安全管理体系告知信息 Health and Safety Man ageme nt System In formatio n 全球国际货运代理（中国）有限公司（以下统称“全球货运”）将于 2012年1月起开始 实施职业健康安全管理体系。作为全球货运的供应商，应当 承诺在保护环境和遵守社会秩序的 前提下，为所有员工提供一个健康和安全的工作环境， 减少或消除员工的职业健康安全风险。同 时我们也要求各供应商能够： Schenker China Ltd. （ “ Schenker ” ） shall establish and implement Health and Safety Management System from January 2012. All Sche nker subc on tractors should affirms their commitme nt to provide a safe and healthy workplace for all employees, elim in ate or mini mize risks to employees who could be exposed to health and safety hazards associated with its activities under the premise that their operations are carried out in a manner that protects the environment and community in gen eral. Mea nwhile, all subc on tractors are expected to: 遵守与职业健康和安全有关的法律法规及管理规定； Comply with all applicable legal and regulatory dema nds related to health and safety; 为员工创造一个健康和安全的工作环境并提供必要的资源和保障； Provide a healthy and safe workplace for employees and en sure the availability of releva nt resources; 识别公司在业务开展或提供服务的过程中存在的，并可能导致事故或疾病的重 要健康安全因素和危险源，并采取必要措施做好防范； Ide ntify sig nifica nt Health and Safety aspects and hazards in the process of activities and services that could cause accide nts or ill ness and take n ecessary preve ntive measures; 保证并满足客户就健康和安全方面的要求。 Safeguard and meet the dema nds from the customer on health and safety.
