检测肝硬化患者血清总胆汁酸水平的临床意义 张晓周 陕芮正和医院内科 (710054) 【摘要】 目的 探讨肝硬化病人中血淸胆汁酸(TBA)测定的临床意义。方法 收集74 例肝硬化患者的肝功能资料，比较TBA与其他常规肝功能指标的敏感性差异。结果 肝硕 化纽的血淸TBA显著窩于健康对照组(pvO.Ol),其水平为健康对照组的7.1倍；异常率为 75%,显著高于内?氨酸氨基转移酶(ALT)、天冬氨酸氨基转移酶(AST)、丫-谷氨酰转肽 酶(y-GT)和碱性磷酸酶(ALP) (p0.01)。且在不同Child-pugh分级肝硬化患者中,肝 功能分级越差，英血淸TBA水平越高，提示血淸TBA水平与肝细胞损伤的程度呈止和关。结 论TBA是反映肝硬化患者肝细胞损害的敏感指标Z -，对预测及判断肝碾化预后及病情的 严重程度有重要意义。 ［关键词】 肝硬化；血清总月I!汁酸 Examination cirrhosisof liver patient blood serum total bile acid level clinical significance Zhang Xiaozhou Zhenghe Hospital, Xi*an Shanxi 710054 China Abstract Objective： In the goal discussion cirrhosis liver patient the blood total bile acid (TBA) determines clinical significance?
