PAGE PAGE 15 中小企业短期经营决策研究 ——以浙江盛旭企业为例 内 容 摘 要 短期业务决策是指决策结果只会影响或决定中小企业近期业务活动的决策，主要集中在中小企业的收入，成本，利润和产品生产上。该决策的主要目标为有效运用中小公司的产业信息以及生产资料，最终达到经济效益最大化的目的。 因此，短期经营决策是构成中小企业生产经营的基本内容。与长期业务决策相比，风险比较低。本文以浙江盛旭企业为例，研究浙江盛旭企业的短期经营决策，在短期经营决策的相关理论分析的基础之上，对浙江盛旭企业短期经营决策进行分析，重点论述了在该公司决策当中本量利分析法的运用状况，期望能够向其决策给予有效的参考。 关键词：中小企业；短期经营决策；本量利分析法 Research on short-term business decision-making of SME ——Taking Zhejiang Shengxu Enterprise as an example Abstract Short-term business decision-making refers to the decision-making result that only affects or determines the decision-making of SMEs recent business activities, mainly focusing on the income, cost, profit and product production of SMEs. The purpose of short-term business decision-making is to make full use of the production materials and industry information of SMEs, and ultimately achieve the goal of maximizing economic benefits. Therefore, short-term business decisions are the basic content of the production and operation of SMEs. Compared with long-term business decisions, the risk is relatively low. This paper takes Zhejiang Shengxu enterprise as an example to study the short-term management decision of Zhejiang Shengxu enterprise. Based on the relevant theoretical analysis of short-term business decision-making, this paper analyzes the short-term business decision of Zhejiang Shengxu enterprise, and focuses on the analysis of the volume and profit. The application of the law in the short-term business decision-making of Zhejiang Shengxu Enterprise, in order to provide reference for the effective implementation of short-term business decision-making of SMEs.
