山东省农产品出口贸易现实状况和对策研究 摘 要 在新世界经济背景下，山东农产品出口形势不容乐观，展现出优势农产品出口增幅显著回落，关键出口市场增加乏力等现实状况。其原因关键是人民币大幅升值，绿色壁垒影响巨大，企业出口成本增加等，而就其深层次原因还在于企业本身存在多种问题，如出口产品技术含量低，产品质量差，出口市场较为集中，融资难问题突出等。要处理这一问题，能够采取完善多层次农产品出口政策促进体系，调整优化农产品出口商品结构，加紧农产品品牌建设等对策，来促进山东省农产品出口。 【关键词】 绿色壁垒 农产品出口 市场多元化 ABSTRACT Under the new world economics background,Shandong’s agricultural products export had faced a serious situation. The most important situation is the superiority agricultural product was obviously go backwards with its exportation increased range and the major export market grows slowly.Analyse the reason,the major is about large revaluation of RMB, the huge impact of green barriers,and the enterprise export increase etc.But their deep-seated reasons for existence is to their own problems, such as the products of export has low technology content, poor quality, more focus on export markets,outstanding issues of hard financing and so on.
