08年的经济危机以后，很多企业面临资金问题，我国釆取适度宽松的 金融政策，扩展企业融资渠道，刺激经济发展，帮助企业解决融资难题， 推出了创业板，关照屮小企业融资。为了让企业更好地了解融资环境，更 清晰地理解融资方式。木文尝试分析我国FI前的融资环境。详细的阐述了 我国金业融资的宏观环境和微观环境，揭示了一些我国经济环境特有的现 象。在这基础上，本文简要介绍了常用的融资方式，包括直接融资，间接 融资等，并对几种常见的融资方式进行了简要的分析，说明这些融资方式的 市场情况，考虑企业直接融资与间接融资的相对变化。指出我国企业应依 据宏观观经济环境和H身特点选择最佳融资方式。本文就构筑企业良好的 融资环境提岀了建议。 关键字：企业融资;融资环境;融资方式;资本市场;银行信贷 Abstract 08 years of economic crisis, many companies are faced with capital, china adopted a liberal monetary policy, to extend the enterprise financing channels, stimulate economic growth to help enterprises solve the financing problem, the second board, small and medium enterprises financing, attention to financing for enterprises to better understand the environment, the more clearly understand financing methods. To make a better understanding of the enterprises financing, more clearly understand financing methods, this paper tries to analyze the financing of our environment, the financing of china enterprise macro-environment and the microeconomic environment, revealed some of our economic environment. On this basis, this paper briefly introduces the financing, including the direct financing, financing, and several common mode of financing for a brief analysis of the financing of the market situation and consider the direct financing and indirect financing relative changes.
