It is a working document and is used by the RISK MANAGEMENT committee monthly when they review :- New issues being added to the plan Progress on completion of action points Completed action points It is also used by the Regional team to Ensure RISK MANAGEMENT issues are being addressed (RISK MANAGEMENT Calendar points) Track progress on completion of Items Identify common themes Identify common training needs Ensure funds are budgeted to address emerging risks The RISK MANAGEMENT action Plan will :- Have unique identification numbers allocated to each issue / risk Have all RISK MANAGEMENT issues / risks the hotel faces listed Have issues / risks correctly rated Have issues correctly dated Have issues correctly categorised by risk type Have deadlines set which reflect the risk rating Have named individuals a
