平台企业的合同治理、关系治理与开放式服务创新绩效 摘要：从商业生态系统角度实证分析平台企业价值共创中关系治理、合同治理和开放式服务创新绩效的关系。通过问卷调查，收集核心生态主体数据，利用因子分析、聚类分析、方差分析、结构方程等方法，探讨不同治理模式与开放式服务创新绩效的内在联系。结果表明：平台企业多采用双强型治理模式，而采用并弱型治理模式较少；对生态系统中其他物种采用关系治理程度越高，开放式服务创新绩效越好；采用合同治理程度越高，开放式服务创新绩效也越好；关系治理促进合同治理水平提升，进而正向影响开放式服务创新绩效；对生态系统中其他物种采用双强型治理模式取得的开放式服务创新绩效比其他治理模式更好。 关键词：平台企业；关系治理；合同治理；商业生态系 统 DOI： 10.13956/j.ss.1001-8409.2016.05.17 中图分类号： F270；F272 文献标识码： A 文章编号： 1001-8409（ 2016） 05-0078-04 Abstract ：This paper empirically analyzes the relationship among contract governance ， relationship governance and open service innovation performance of value creation of platform enterprises from the perspective of business ecosystem. The data of core ecological body from investigation is adopted ， and the inner connection of four governance models and open service innovation performance in the process of platform enterprises to create value is implored by using the methods of factor analysis ， cluster analysis， variance analysis ， structural equation modeling. Results show that ， firstly ， the governance mode of equal importance both in contract and relationship is more popular than other modes. Secondly， the more strong is the contract governance level for platform enterprises responding to other species ， the higher is the open service innovation performance ， and so is the relationship governance. Thirdly ， Relationship governance promotes the level of contract governance ， and then affects the open service innovation performance positively. In the end ， the platform enterprises pay more attention to the equivalent importance between contract governance and relationship governance， the open service innovation performance is better than other governance modes.
