圆型朴切压烫一体机 摘要 顺应当今高智能化、高自动化的 发展趋势，服装的制作设备也是从手工设备逐渐 发展到了自动化设备。但是，由于服装的柔软性和多样性，服装生产在总的工业生产的自 动化进程中，远远比不上其他工业生产的自动化进程，在其他工业生产已经实施多个流水 线自动化的同时，服装生产只能实现单台设备的自动化或者仍 人工参与生产的半自动 化和无自动化。当然，大多数 人工参与的半自动化和无自动化，仍然有很多可以改善 的地方。如何进一步提升我们的效率就成为了我们的重中之重。本次研究的圆形朴切压烫 一体机，是基于原来 大量人工定位的前提下，进行了项目设计，达到了减少工人繁琐 的定位提高生产效率的目的。与原有的机器相比，不仅能实现压烫功能，还能自动完成切 圆形朴和定位的动作，而且造价更低占地面积更小。总体而言，改善后的机器，更具有实 用性。 关键词： 自动化； 服装； 圆形朴； 切压烫一体 I Cutting, pressing and ironing the rounded interlining all-in-one machine Abstract Conform to the trend of social development which should be high-intelligentization and h e highly automated equipment production. However, becau f the softness and the diversitive of the clothing, the degree of automation in clothing production is not in the same street as others. While others are already achieving a number of automated assembly line, clothing production is only achieving the automatization of single equipment even just using handwork. Of course, there are a lot of ways to make better to impreove in many areas due to the fact that lots of clothing productions are semi-automatic and manual intevention without automation. It’s the most important for us to improve our production efficiency. This study name called cutting, pressing and ironing the rounded interlining all-in-one machine, which is based on the following original premise requires a lot of manual positioning. The results of this study can reduce the tedious of manual positioning to improve the production efficiency. pared with the original machine ， the new one only can cahieve ironing function, but also can cutting the rounded interlining and positioning automatical
