福建高等院校双语教师专业化发展探究 Research on the Development of Bilingual Teachers Specialization in Fujian Colleges and Universities ―― Take ISEC Project as an example LIN Hongyan (Xiamen University of Technology ， Xiamen ， Fujian 361024) Under the impetus of economic integration ， cultivating international compound talents has become an important development goal for universities. For this reason ， colleges and universities are actively developing bilingual courses ， and the quality of bilingual teaching teachers will greatly affect the teaching level of these courses. How to plan the professional development of bilingual teachers becomes very important. From the perspective of bilingual teachers in colleges and universities ， taking a bilingual teacher of a university in Fujian Province as an international undergraduate mutual recognition credit program as an example， through a questionnaire survey of 54 first-line bilingual teachers ， they learned about their true teaching ideas and andtheir actual encounters of all kinds of difficulties put forward suggestions for promoting their professional development. These research results are not only conducive to promoting the career planning of bilingual teachers in higher education institutions ， but also help improve the teaching of bilingual teaching in universities. and Keywords college ； bilingual ； professional ； communication 0 引言 教师职业的专业化发展是世界各国教育发展的大趋势， 因而 教师队伍的规划与设计就显得十分重要。 事实上， 展开对教师职 业生涯的规划与设计， 将推动教师的快速成长， 推进教师队伍的 专业化与职业化发展， 深化教师队伍的教育改革。 以西方发达国 家――英国为例， 其教师的职业化道路经历了从无到有的发展过 程，从最初的无组织，以个人为主，到以国家为主导的有组织的 系列发展，至今已形成了比较完备的高等学校教师发展体系， [1] 包括由教育部牵头成立的政府组织机构、 民间设立的中立机构和 各高校内部建立的校本组织结构等三种形式。 相比西方发达国家 的高等教育中教师的发展体系， 我国的体系还存在一定差距， 尚 待完善。 自我国进入世界贸易组织以后， 我国高等教育中的国际化趋 势日趋明显， 双语授课日渐普及。 教师们花费大量时间准备双语 课程，希望在各自领域内提升自己的专业知识与授课技能。 但如 何提升， 多数教感到无从下手， 这是由于一方面双语授课教师个 人的教学经历不同， 所处不同高校的工作环境也存在差异性； 另 一方面现有关于职业规划和发展的研究多数聚焦在非教师领域， 对于教师职业规划和发展的研究相对较少， 且都比较零散， 对于 担任国际化教学工作教师的职业规划研究更是少之又少。因此， 探讨高校双语教师的职业规划发展对教师个人的发展与教师队 伍的改革均具有现实意义。 ISEC（international
