内容摘要 在生产系统中，不合理的生产车间布局设计会产生生产过程中 的浪费。目前采用计算机仿真技术对生产车间布局进行仿真优化的 越来越多，通过对生产车间布局规划的多方案优化分析，从而使规 划方案更便于实际建设和生产组织，降低企业的生产成本，提高企 业的竞争力。 本文在生产线的理论研究基础上，建立生产车间仿真模型，运 用Flexsim软件对制造业生产车间的结构布局、生产过程以及物流 系统进行仿真，对分析结果进行优化，评估生产车间的生产效率， 解决生产瓶颈问题。 关键词：Flexsim、生产车间、仿真、优化 ABSTRACT In the production system, unreasonable layout of the production workshop will be a waste of the production process. At present, the use of computer simulation technology for the production plant layout simulation and optimization of an increasing number of workshops on multi-program planning to optimize analysis, so that the plan more user? friendly organizations, the actual construction and production, reduce production costs and improve business competitiveness. In this paper, the theoretical study of production lines based on production simulation model, using software Flexsim the stmcture of manufacturing plant layout, production and logistics system simulation, optimization of the results of the analysis earned out to assess the productivity of production, production bottlenecks.
