制造企业物流成本分析和控制研究姓名：叶国栋申请学位级别：硕士专业：交通 运输规划与管理指导教师：杨元梁 摘要：随着经济全球化，制造企业对成木的关注从生产和销售领域转向物流领域。加强对物 流成木分析和控制，可以降低制造企业运营总成木，增加制造企业新的利润源，提高制造企 业核心竞争力，对国民经济增长发挥支撑和带动作用。综合论述了国内外物流成木的研究现 状以及我国物流成木分析和控制存在的问题。通过对企业物流成木相关理论研究，明确了制 造企业物流成木分类和构成以及物流成木的特性。以山东晨鸣纸业集团股份有限公司为例， 分析物流成木的变化对制造企业财务的影响。根据物流成本的特点，设计出物流成木核算表 格，建立物流成木核算体系；结合传统财务会计账户，完善了制造企业会计科目，总结物流 成本的核算过稈和方法，为全面揭示物流活动的耗费提供了依据。作业成木法越来越多的应 用于国内外企业，并取得较好的效果，故将其引入制造企业物流成木计量。按照制造企业的 生产运营环节和组织结构将物流成木分为供应、生产、销伟和逆向四个流稈对各项物流成本 范围进行了更为科学的界定JIJ资源动因和作业动因这两种成木驱动因素将物流活动消耗的 资源、物流作业、物流活动这三个要素有效地联系起来，建立了物流成木归集模型和物流成 木分配模型，以实现制造企业物流成木的准确计量。系统地分析了物流成木的控制全过稈， 运用模糊分级方法确定物流成木乞项指标及英指标权重，并对其进行模糊综合评价，提岀基 于模糊综合评判的物流成木控制评价方法；提出一个物流系统成木控制的优化模型，用运筹 学和数学方法对所提出的物流系统成木控制优化模型进行了分析。通过对比分析，证实了该 方法和模型理论上的科学性与实际上的可行性。关键词：制造企业；物流成木；作业成木法； 成木控制；模糊评价中图分类号：F253. 4文献识别码：A制造企业物流成木分析和控制研 A Study on Logistics Cost Analysis and Control of Manufacturing Enterprises Abstract： Along with economic globalization, the manufacturing enterprises fifom concerns about the COSt of production and marketing fields to the field of logistics.
