七叶皂昔钠治疗胫腓骨骨折所致肢体肿胀的临床研究 【摘要】目的：探讨七叶皂甘钠治疗胫腓骨骨折所致肢 体肿胀的疗效。方法：选取胫腓骨骨折86例的临床资料进行回顾性 调查，根据用药情况随机分为两组，观察组43例采用七叶皂昔钠， 对照组43例采用甘露醇，分别观察各组疗效。结果：观察组显效29 例，有效12例，有效率95.35 %;对照组显效21例，有效11例， 有效率74.42 %,两组比较差异有统计学意义(Plt;O. 05)o结论： 七叶皂昔钠能有效治疗胫腓骨骨折所致肢体肿胀。 【关键词】胫腓骨骨折；肢体肿胀；七叶皂甘钠；甘露醇 [Abstract] Objective: To discuss the curative effects of Sodium Aescinate on limb swel1ing resulting from fracture of tibia and fibula?
