Section A (2d---3d) 一、教学目标: 1. 语言知识目标: 1) 能掌握以下单词: Curly,straight,tall,medium,height,thin,heavy,tonight 能掌握以下句型: 1. —What does he/she look like ? —He is really tall./She has long straight hair. 2. — Does he have straight hair/Does she have curly hair? ----Yes ,he/she does./ No,he/she doesn’t. 3.Is he tall or short? Do they have straight or curly hair? 2) What does he look like?询问人的外貌特征,用所学的目标语言对自己身边的熟悉人物进行描述,学会使用本单元的语言目标进行简单的问答。 2. 情感态度价值观目标: 通过描述同学、教师、或者自己的偶像的外貌,简单地表达自己的观点,学会交换不用的看法,使学生在交往中学会尊重、理解、欣赏别人,发现别人的优点,学会赞美别人。 二、教学重难点 1. 教学重点: 1) 询问及描述人物外貌的单词、短语和句型。 2)对人物外貌特点能进行简单地问答。 2. 教学难点: 正确运用描述性形容词(形容词的排序)。 三、教学过程 Ⅰ. Warming-up and revision 1. Greet the Ss as usual. 2.Revise period 1 and new words. Ⅱ. Presentation 1. 出示三幅人物外貌形象的幻灯片,学习有关的动词短语:long straight hair, curly hair,short straight hair。 学生们观看幻灯片,谈论这些人物的发型:What does she look like ? She has ... What does he look like ? He has ... Make an example before pairwork. Ask some pairs to act it out. Ⅲ. Presentation 1. Sum up how to give the right order of many adjetives.(show it on ppt) 2. Do some exercises about it and have a check. Ⅳ. Let’s talk 1. Read this conversation by themselves and find their own new words. 2 .Ask the students to fill in some blanks for remembering the conversation. Ask the students to fill in more blanks for remembering the conversation. Answer the questions given (about the conversation)and have a check. Role--play this part and ask some pairs to act it out. Ⅴ.Grammer Focus 1. Ask the students to read the sentences by themselves and find its importances. 2.让学生注意选择疑问句及其回答。 3.sb is...和 Sb has....的用法来描述人物外貌。 Ⅵ.Exercises: 1. 3a部分:让学生自己先进行选择词或短语填入表格,然后进行检查,并强调用法。 2. 3b 部分:学生自己先圈出所选答案,师生一起检查对错,并分析错误的原因。 Ⅶ. writing Write answers to these questions about different people:(own favorite actor /actress/ teacher ) .
