Maybe the students can be made excited . Ask the students: Do you think the song beautiful? What is the movie about? Yes, it’s about soccer. Today we will learn Unit 5 Do you have a soccer ball? Section A 1a—2d. 【通过欣赏一段足球比赛的配乐录像,让学生感受一下足球运动的魅力,同时欣赏地道英语的美妙歌声,激发孩子们学习英语的兴趣。另外,也自然导入了新授课。】 Step Two: Present Show the pictures of different balls. Lead to teach them the new words about the types of balls . Eg: soccer ball; tennis ball ; volleyball ; basketball ; bat ;racket …… Get the students to look at the pictures and learn the words . Lead the students to have a chant about the new words. 【趁热打铁,出示各种打球的图片,引导孩子们学习各种球类的单词。这个年龄段的孩子们本来就非常喜欢运动图片,通过说唱加强单词记忆,以此来激发孩子们学习的积极性。】 Step Three:Play a game, ask them to look at the picture quickly and say out the names of the things . 【以游戏的形式,快速看图片说单词,锻炼了学生的反应速度,激发了他们的学习兴趣。】 Step Four: : Listening and drill Get the students to read the words of balls in 1b .
