学 号 密 级 数控双柱立式车床右垂直进给箱机构设计 院(系)名称 : 专业名称 : 学生姓名 : 指导教师 : 年 月 摘 要 当今世界,工业发达国家对机床业高度重视,竞相发展机电一体化、高精、高效的先进机床,以加速工业和国民经济的发展。如今国内数控机床发展迅速,年产量逐年攀升,但所生产机床精度、可靠性等方面达不到要求。本课题着眼于数控双柱立式车床右垂直进给箱的结构设计,在保证强度的基础上,力求提高车床进给精度。 在确定右垂直进给箱的总体设计方案的基础上,根据系统的技术指标,对箱体内各个零件进行设计;并对主要零部件进行强度、寿命等校核;选取典型零件,设计工艺路线。 根据进给箱内各零部件运动情况,选择合适的润滑方式,设计合理润滑回路。 利用ANSYS软件对右进给箱箱体及Ⅱ、Ⅲ部分进行有限元静力学特性分析,得到部件的模态、静变形、应力分布等结果,并与理论计算相比对,校核部件强度。 关键词:数控车床;进给箱;结构设计;有限元分析 全套图纸加扣 3346389411或3012250582 ABSTRACT Airborne electro-optical tracking platform develops very rapidly in recent years, which has been widely used in military, fire protection, environmental monitoring and other fields. The two-axis four-frames machine for this paper is the platform that carries infrared tracking device and the execute machine that implements the direction change and stabilization of its axis during tracking process. The structure design of prime frames is accomplished on the basis of the overall project design. Then, the driver, detecting components and other key elements are analyzed and chosen according to the system technical specifications. The load situation of each driver shaft is analyzed. After that, every driver shaft and its joint bolts are checked to guarantee the intensity. At the same time, the service life of the bearing is calculated The static finite element analysis of a-frame, e-frame and its shaft are completed with ANSYS, and the static deformation and stress can be obtained through detailed analysis. Then, the structure of a-frame is modified according to the optimized results after the structural optimum design has been accomplished.
