And the use of foreign investment is to promote the process of internationalization, the key to realize the leaping development of regional economy. Firstly, the related theories on the use of foreign investment to carry on the analysis, understanding in recent years foreign investment trends, thereby mining in Jiangsu province to attract foreign investment potential. And then reviews the present situation of using foreign investment in Changzhou area, analysis of using foreign investment in Changzhou economic and social benefits. And on this basis that the presence of foreign utilization in Changzhou such as the investment environment is not ideal, the investment structure is not reasonable, the scale of foreign investment problems of the small. Finally, based on the SWOT analysis of using foreign investment in Changzhou with advantages 、disadvantages 、threats and challenges, and according to Pareto optimal efficiency to propose specific solutions.
