PAGE I PAGE I 互联网金融背景下中小企业融资问题研究 摘 要 在现如今的社会发展和国民经济中，中小企业的存在有着很重要的作用，它给企业发展提供了必要的保障和资金支持，但中小企业发展一直避不开资金需求的影响。伴随着互联网的发展创新，给中小企业开辟了一条全新的道路，突破传统融资的局限，提供了资金保证，给我们带来了数据优势，实现中小企业个性化融资，融资的这个难题也渐渐的得到了缓解。论文用了文献研究法与对比分析法来讨论传统融资模式、互联网金融融资模式的概念、出现的现象和问题、以及二者间的差异，根据这些方面从企业自身、政府、互联网金融三个角度出发，提出了针对性的对策与建议,例如重视培育专业人才、提高数据公开化及共享化、创建多样化的互联网金融融资模式等。故企业要跟好互联网金融时代发展的脚步，与传统单一的金融模式告别，为中小企业开启新的旅程之路。 关键词：中小企业；互联网金融；融资；众筹 Research on Financing of Small and Medium-sized Enterprises under the Background of Internet Finance Abstract Supporting the development of small and medium-sized enterprises is an important process to increase employment opportunities, ensure the healthy operation of the national economy and promote stable economic growth, but the development of small and medium-sized enterprises has been able to avoid the impact of capital demand. With the development and innovation of the Internet, to small and medium-sized enterprises opened up a new road, break through the limitations of traditional financing, provide financial guarantee, bring us the advantages of data, to achieve personalized financing of small and medium-sized enterprises, financing of this problem has gradually been alleviated.
