月亮保险公司培训管理现状与改进研究

保险已经逐渐深入人心,随着社会经济的发展以及人们生活水平和方式等的变迁,保险行业的竞争力也越来越大。随着经济全球化的进程,加快中国的对外开放程度也越来越高。这对中国的保险行业来说提供了更多的机会和挑战。面对激烈的市场竞争,中国保险企业需要积极的提升自身的竞争力,保险人员作为企业竞争能力中的重要因素,需要不断加强自身的知识和能力,才能保证保险企业在激烈的市场竞争中有一席之地。对此,国内外学者从不同的学术角度对保险行业的培训进行研究分析。
论文首先以中国保险行业的现状与发展背景作为研究前提,并从中发现其发展局限性的问题。再以月亮保险公司作为代表性调查对象,通过访谈法的方式得出数据,然后根据案例分析法和文献研究法分析月亮保险公司培训管理存在的问题,结合培训管理理论与企业的内外部环境特点,提出针对性的培训管理改进方案,并以目前最适合培训管理改革的梯次培训体系作为对策基础,为保险企业的发展寻找突破口,改变保险公司培训管理的现状。
