PAGE PAGE 7 中小型企业新电商人才发展战略研究 内 容 摘 要 随着电商公司的不断发展,中小型企业对电商人才的需求量也在不断增大,急需一批高素质电商技术人才。电子商务迅猛发展的市场需求与人才培养的严重滞后,已经阻碍了我国电子商务的发展。如何才能培养出满足电子商务需要的实用型人才,这个问题已成为我国人才需求亟待解决的重要任务。 本论文主要针对目前我国中小型企业新电商人才发展展开研究分析,总结与归纳中小型企业新电商人才发展战略研究中存在的问题及原因。通过对中小型企业新电商人才发展中人才短缺的问题进行研究,发现中小企业内部存在对员工培训不到位、缺乏人才储备和良好的企业环境等不利于吸引人才的问题。通过进一步的原因分析之后,本文建议中小电商企业应重视人才引进、人才培养,采取有效地激励机制和开启校企合作联合培养人才等战略措施来实现人才发展的战略目的,从而促企业的健康发展。 关键词:中小型企业;新电商;人才发展;电子商务发展 Research on the talent development strategy of small and medium enterprises Abstract With the continuous development of e-commerce companies, the demand for e-commerce talents of small and medium-sized enterprises is also increasing, and a number of high-quality e-commerce technical talents are urgently needed. The rapid development of e-commerce has hindered the development of e-commerce in China due to the serious lag of market demand and talent training. How to cultivate practical talents to meet the needs of e-commerce has become an important task to be solved. This paper mainly focuses on the current research and analysis of the development of new e-commerce talents in small and medium-sized enterprises in China, and summarizes and summarizes the existing problems and reasons in the research on the development strategy of new e-commerce talents in small and medium-sized enterprises. Through the research on the shortage of talents in the development of new e-commerce talents in small and medium-sized enterprises, it is found that there are some problems in small and medium-sized enterprises that are not conducive to attracting talents, such as inadequate training for employees, lack of talent reserve and good enterprise environment.
