福州大学至诚学院本科生毕业设计（论文） PAGE PAGE 1 PAGE PAGE 22 翔安机场高速公路建设项目声环境影响评价 设计说明 翔安机场高速公路位于厦门市东北部翔安区，是海西高速公路网中重要的一条规划联线，起于内厝镇上沙溪村沈海高速公路 K434+705处，止于：HXK7+692.362，全长10.097千米。该项目在施工期和营运期都会对周围环境带来一定的污染影响，主要包括营运期的交通噪声影响、施工期的水土流失、生态破坏影响等。因此根据环境影响评价制度必须对该项目进行环境影响评价。 本次毕业设计主要是从环境保护的角度对该道路工程建设项目在拟选线路进行建设和运营的环境可行性开展分析评价，对项目建设带来的生态破坏、环境污染影响进行预测分析，提出减缓或消除污染影响的环境保护措施。通过对该道路工程的环境影响评价工作，为建设项目的工程设计和环境管理提供科学依据。 对该道路工程项目的环境影响评价结果表明，该道路工程项目符合国家产业政策，道路选线合理，符合城市总体规划；对拟建区域的环境质量现状监测结果表明，拟建项目沿线区域的声环境；对项目的环境影响预测结果表明，在采取各项环保措施的前提下，其在建设营运期对周边环境的影响在可接受范围内。 综上，本毕业设计未考虑公众参与意见和经济损益分析，仅从环境保护的角度分析，翔安机场高速公路工程在拟选路线进行建设运营是可行的。 关键词：环境影响评价，道路工程，环境可行性，噪声污染防治 Acoustic environment impact assessment of Xiangan Airport Expressway Construction Project Summary Xiangan airport expressway is located in Xiangan District in the northeast of Xiamen city. It is a class I trunk road of the East-West city. It starts at k434 + 705 of Shenhai Expressway in shangshaxi village, neicuo town and ends at: hxk7 + 692.362, with a total length of 10.097 km. The project will bring certain pollution impact on the surrounding environment during the construction and operation period, mainly including traffic noise impact during the operation period, water and soil loss during the construction period, ecological damage impact, etc. Therefore, according to the environmental impact assessment system, the environmental impact assessment of the project must be carried out. This graduation project mainly analyzes and evaluates the environmental feasibility of the road engineering construction project in the construction and operation of the proposed line from the perspective of environmental protection, forecasts and analyzes the ecological damage and environmental pollution impact caused by the project construction, and proposes environmental protection measures to mitigate or eliminate the pollution impact.
