摘 要 随着国内高校的办学规模越来越大，高层住宅建筑的数量有了显著增加，由于高层住宅楼层高、内部空间结构错综复杂等原因，高校高层住宅建筑一旦发生火灾，将会带来极大的损失。因此，对高校高层住宅建筑火灾风险进行评估，确定学生公寓的火灾危险等级对改进学校消防安全管理有着至关重要的作用。 本文针对我国高校高层住宅建筑进行了具体研究，着重论述了高校高层住宅发生火灾的原因，并提出应当积极推进构建高校高层住宅建筑火灾风险评估指标体系，依据AHP—模糊综合评价模型，以某高校某高层住宅楼为例，对其火灾风险进行了综合的评估性研究，并以此为基础提出了针对性的消防安全管理建议，对该模型的科学性与实用性进行了检测。 最后，笔者针对本次研究进行了全面总结，并指出在本论文的研究当中尚且存在一些不足之处。 关键词：高校高层住宅建筑；火灾风险评估；层次分析法；模糊综合评价法 Abstract With the increasing scale of domestic colleges and universities, the number of high-rise residential buildings has increased significantly. Due to the high floors of high-rise residential buildings and the intricate internal space structure, etc., once a fire occurs in a high-rise residential building, it will bring great loss. Therefore, the assessment of the fire risk of high-rise residential buildings in colleges and universities and the determination of the fire hazard level of student apartments are of vital importance to the improvement of school fire safety management. This paper has carried out specific research on high-rise residential buildings in colleges and universities in China, focusing on the causes of fires in high-rise residential buildings in colleges and universities, and proposing to actively promote the construction of a fire risk assessment index system for high-rise residential buildings in universities. According to the AHP-fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model, a university Taking a high-rise residential building as an example, a comprehensive evaluation study on its fire risk was carried out, and on this basis, targeted fire safety management recommendations were proposed, and the scientificity and practicality of the model were tested. Finally, the author made a comprehensive summary of this research and pointed out that there are still some deficiencies in the research of this paper.
