摘要 伴随着市场经济的不断深入，消费者对市场的需求逐渐拓宽，呈现出瞬息万变的状态。我国各一线城市正处于加入到开放式创新进程的热潮之中，在开放式创新生态链中，整合创新资源是十分重要，但是我国目前又十分缺少整合创新资源的企业与发展区点，所以在整个开放式创新发展中，我国大多数的企业与城市都处于一种在借鉴中摸索的模式，新的常态背景下，经济发展和新型城镇化需要寻求新的动力，本文从创新生态链的三个要点出发，结合开放式创新所需的元素，对新形势下三江三区开放式创新发展中李庄的城镇化改革进程中所出现的问题进行分析，并对整个实施发展过程提出自己的建议。 关键词：开放式创新 价值定位 技术和能力 新型城镇化 Abstract With the deepening of the market economy, consumers demand for the market is gradually expanding, showing a state of rapid change.
