* * * Master English Program Grading Policy 70% final test+30% scores obtained by attending classes fulfilling assignments Final exam : a single exam for all the students who have signed up for the English Program Grading policy from the course30 scores (1) Attendance: 5 points (half a point deduction for each excused leave or late arrival; one point deduction for each unexcused absence) (2) In-class quizzes: 10 points (3) Homework: 10 points (4) Final Speaking Examination: conversations between two students: 5 points 平时成绩30%， 期末考试70% 平时成绩由以下部分组成： 考勤：5%，旷课扣1分，迟到、早退、请假各扣0.5分，扣完为止 作业： 10%，共4篇。（其中两篇为教师批改作文，每篇各5分；另外两篇提交到批改网，少提交一篇扣2分，晚提交一篇扣1分）。 测试：内容包括听力（含课内及课外内容）和翻译（速读1-20篇句子英译汉），暂定第8周（10月31日—11日4日） 。 口试：5%，随堂进行，形式为dialogue或play。 Dialogue: 不少于10个turns，时间不少于3分钟，题目从给定题目中现场抽取。 Play：每人1.5分钟，每组不超过4人，剧本自选。 Requirements Regular attendance (notes are required for any sick leave or business leave) Active participation of class activities (receiving phone calls or sending messages are not allowed) Active fulfillment of assignments Textbook Arrangements 教材： 听力： Listening Speaking with Ease (Book 1)，每两周完成一单元。 阅读： 《英语速读》（第一册），每周完成4篇 * * *
