中韩FTA对中韩电子产品贸易的影响研究 摘要 随着经济全球化的发展，区域经济一体化进程不断得到了推进，中韩自贸区的建设是区域经济一体化进程的重要表现，这推动了中韩两国间的贸易发展。然而电子产业作为世界范围内最为具有战略意义的产业，对世界乃至中韩两国的经济方面有重大的推动力量，与此同时也有着不可取代的地位。本文研究的中韩双边产品的一般贸易中，我们可以发现，其中占贸易比例最高的是电子产品，所以本次课题将围绕电子产品来分析对中韩FTA大致产生的经济效应的影响，从关税效应、贸易创造效应和投资促进效应三个方面分析自贸区对电子产品贸易所带来的的影响，并提出相关的发展建议，如鼓励我国企业出口、加大政府对电子产业的扶持和激励力度、重视技术创新、强化品牌建设、强调法律规范以及制定合理的外资引进和利用政策，使中国电子产业能针对性的解决问题，从而优化升级进而发展自己的产业，来补充自己的产业短板，灵活应对贸易环境的变化。 关键词：中韩FTA；电子产品贸易；经济效应 ResearchontheImpactofChina-KoreaFTAonChina-KoreaElectronicProductTrade Abstract In the process of globalization,with the integration of the regional economy,particularly thats most important to establish the China-Korea free trade zone,it have already promoted the development of trade between China and Korea effectively.However, as the most strategic industry in the world, the electronics industry has a major impetus to the economic aspects of the world and even China and South Korea.Meanwhile,the FTA stay in an irreparable position.in this thesis research of China-Korea bilateral trade ,the electronic products has highest proportion in general trade was also significant,thus this topic in the article will focus on the economic impact incur by China-Korea FTA, the effect has three aspects for us to analyze,which include trade creation effects,tariff effect and investment effect, then the related development suggestions are proposed, such as encouraging Chinese enterprises to export, increasing government support and incentives for the electronic industry Strength, emphasis on technological innovation,strengthening brand building, emphasizing legal norms and formulating reasonable foreign investment and utilization policies, so that the Chinese electronics industry can solve problems in a targeted manner, thereby optimizing and upgrading and developing their own industries to supplement their own shortcomings To respond flexibly to changes in the trading environment.
