内城型国有大型工业企业基地与城市空间整合研究.pdf

摘 要 在快速城市化的进程中，我国的城市空间快速地扩张着，与之相对应的是城市 经济的产业转移和产业整合。 自建国以来，大型国有工业企业为我国的经济发展起到了不可估量的作用，同 时大型国有工业企业基地也是城市空间得以拓展的主体。改革开放之后，我国的经 济形势发生了很大变化，大型国有工业企业的改革也在持续、深入地开展之中，处 在转型期的大型国有工业企业基地在新的发展形势下有着新的特点，在土地制度改 革和住房制度改革以及企业自身改革的多方推力作用下，内城型大型国有工业企业 基地正发生着深刻的内部空间重构。 扩张着的城市空间与不断进行内部空间重构的内城型大型国有工业企业基地之 间面临着空间整合的必要性和迫切性。虽然影响城市空间变迁的因素很多，但国有 大型工业企业基地，特别是内城型大型国有工业企业基地，由于在城市中所处的独 特区位、占有较大比例的城市建设用地，以及对于城市经济乃至城市性质的较大影 响，在新的发展时期如何使其有机地融合于城市空间中，本文就此做了一些粗浅的 探讨。第一章绪论，介绍了研究背景、相关概念、研究意义等；第二章简要叙述了 国有大型工业企业基地的发展历史；第三章探讨了内城型国有大型工业企业基地内 部空间重构；第四章重点研究了内城型国有大型工业企业基地与城市空间整合；第 五章为论文的简要的结论。 关键词：空间整合；大型国有工业企业基地；城市空间；内部空间重构；内城型 I Abstract During the rapid urbanization of China, urban space has been expended rapidly, following the industrial transfer and integration of city economic. Since the found ation of China, large state-owned industries have performed a immeasurable role in the development of state economy, and the bases of large state-owned industrial enterprise have been the main-body of city spatial extent. After the reform of China, our country’s economy has developed rapidly, and the reform of large state-owned industries have launched constantly and penetratingly. The base of large state-owned industrial enterprise have different feature in the new situation. The bases of large state-owned industrial enterprise of inner-city type have been spatial restructed deeply under the resultant of reform of the land system and the housing system, as well as the reform of large state-owned industrial enterprise itself.
