PAGE II 框架结构别墅施工组织设计 ——都海田园山庄别墅 摘 要 施工组织设计是一个工程顺利开展的至关重要内容，它引领着整个工程实施前进方向，并且用来规划和组织工程建设项目全过程，它还是对施工项目全过程各项活动经济因素、技术指标与组织能力的全局性文件。 北京市海淀区上庄镇都海田园山庄项目的工程施工组织设计，结合实地考察情况，针对其各分部分项工程的施工方案进行了严谨规范的编制。在它进行编制的过程中，我们首先了解了周边一些情况、还有进行了施工前精细准备、一次又一次商讨了如何去干活、如何保证干出来的活的质量，还有保证方法、包括怎么去管理现场。管理工人等等，我们秉承现行业严谨思想的学术精神，重点把控科学性、针对性、以及更好适用性，尽力去保证施工现场少出事故、施工文明，同时保证能省就省，不破坏环境，又快又好地去完成本工程。 在我的论文里，我主要介绍了以下内容：这个工程大概情况，包括周边环境，市政情况，不利因素等，还介绍了这个项目主要人员，劳动力计划，机械计划，以及这个工程中涉及到的微创新，还有就是流水段怎么去划分，钢筋、模板、混凝土这些常见的施工方法，最后还介绍了关于绿色工地、质量保证措施等内容，通过这些内容，编了一份关于本工程的施工组织设计。 关键词：施工方法 进度计划 质量控制 Construction organization design of frame structure villa ——Duhai Garden Villa Project Abstract Construction organization design is essential part to construction organization.
