PAGE II PAGE II 建业瑞园施工组织设计 摘 要 土方工程施工可以说是一项很复杂的活动，需要在还没有施工土方工程之前，开始对施工组织设计实施编制，以此来对工程的施工提供指导，本文在进行编制施工组织设计时，相关的国家规范与法规，以及对应的建筑图纸都是编制的主要依据。在进行编制时利用前人的经验与施工组织设计的相关理论，并结合建业瑞园工程项目的现场实际情况，对现场施工的全过程做好相应的筹划、全面的部署、合理的安排、科学的指导以及监管，全面的为建业瑞园工程项目制订详细的施工方案计划，并明确计划中各个环节的施工活动内容，对施工活动过程中所需的各种要素进行科学合理的安排，为土方工程施工实现有效的战术安排和战略部署。对建业瑞园工程的现场条件与施工环境进行综合考虑，来保证合理制定工程的施工进度，确保工程的施工方案是可行的。 关键词：土方工程；施工组织设计；施工方案 Abstract Earthwork construction is a very complex activities, need to be in before the earthwork construction, start the construction organization and design implementation, so as to provide guidance for engineering construction, this article in the preparation of construction organization design, the relevant national regulations and laws, and the corresponding construction drawings is the main basis of compiling.
