PAGE PAGE II 建筑装饰装修隐蔽工程质量施工组织设计 摘 要 建筑装饰装修自上个世纪九十年代开始起步，现随着社会的发展及个人生活水平的提高，装饰装修的类型也逐渐丰富，然而还是会有很多项目在后期出现工期拖延或质量上面的问题，为了避免这些问题的出现，在隐蔽工程的施工过程中就应该做好施工组织管理。 建筑装饰中的隐蔽工程工程主要包括强弱电工程，给排水工程，以及隔墙工程等等，只有这些隐蔽工程质量确保以后才能更快速的进入面层的安装工程，建筑装饰隐蔽工程的质量与我们的生活息息相关，如何让我们生活的环境感觉到舒适，不仅仅要解决面层安装的问题，更重要的是解决隐蔽工程的在施工过程中可能会出现的问题。 本文选取广州海底捞装饰装修工程为实例，作者作为该项目的负责人之一，全程参与了项目的建设过程，在过程中通过理论与实践相结合的方式方法，对项目的各个阶段进行了分析及优化管理，在项目的施工过程中吸取了经验教训，并且对项目影响隐蔽工程施工进度及质量问题等因素进行了全面的分析，并结合自身情况对项目提出了一些建议。 关键词：装饰装修 隐蔽工程 基层处理 施工组织 PAGE PAGE III Quality construction organization design of architectural decoration and concealment project Abstract Architectural decoration started in the 1990s.Now with society and the improvement of personal living standards are development .The type that adornment decorates also is abounded gradually.However.there will still be many projects in the later period of time delay or quality problems.To avoid these problems.should be done well with the construction process of concealed works, management and construction organization . The uilding hidden engineering projects decoration mainly include drainage engineering and water supply, weak electrical engineering and strong , and partition engineering.The hidden construction quality with our live is closely related, Make our living environment feel comfortable is a big problem, not only to solve the problem of surface installation, but also to solve the problem in hidden engineering that may occur during the construction.
