PAGE I 建筑工程施工现场安全监督管理 常见问题与对策研究 摘 要 本文会首先提出在当今我国的建筑工程施工现场的安全监督监督管理中主要存在问题，然后会针对建筑工程施工现场施工现场中存在的安全监督防范措施不足、安全监督管理制度不健全、作业人员安全监督意识薄弱以及工程安全监督管理中存在的等等问题，提出相对应的安全监督预防管理的对策，以供参考借鉴。提出做好健全相关的建筑法规和安全监督制度的相关工作，树立建设项目安全监督管理理念，在工程项目建设过程中有效地控制和减少事故的发生，达到加强建设项目安全监督管理的目的。 关键词：安全监督；现场施工管理；预防措施；问题； Abstract This paper firstly presents the main problems existing in the supervision and management of construction safety production in China. Then it will address the lack of safety precautions in the construction site, the imperfect safety management system, the weak safety awareness of workers and the safety supervision and management of engineering. The problems that exist in the middle and so on, propose corresponding countermeasures for safety prevention management for reference. It is proposed to do a good job in the relevant construction laws and safety supervision systems, establish a safety production management concept for construction projects, effectively control and reduce the occurrence of accidents during the construction of the project, and achieve the purpose of strengthening the safety management of construction projects.
