摘 要 PAGE PAGE 20 建筑工程施工现场安全管理的探讨 摘 要 本论文通过文献资料分析法，归纳演绎法和功能分析法等综合的研究方法，以华南港航服务中心项目工程作为研究对象，通过对施工安全概念，国家针对施工安全管理制定的相关制度和现在BIM技术的发展入手，分析华南港航服务中心二期项目工程在施工安全中所遇到安全施工因素，并对其加以分析，再把BIM技术手段放在施工安全过程管理中，研究华南港航服务中心的现场管理方面所遇到安全管理因素，除此之外，再对华南港航服务中心的安全管理问题和其怎样运用BIM 技术方面进行探讨，进行探讨之后，提出相应对策和解决方法，为建设工程项目安全管理的发展提供一些可行性的借鉴性建议。同时也为我国的建筑行业的安全施工方面做一点贡献。 关键词：二期项目；施工现场；安全管理；BIM技术 Abstract Abstract This paper studies the safety management of the South China Port Aviation Service Center by means of the comprehensive research methods such as the literature analysis and the inductive deduction method. In addition, the safety management of the South China Port Aviation Service Center is also discussed in the light of the research object of the South China Port and Navigation Service Center and the research of the field management of the South China Port and Aviation Service Center. After the discussion, the corresponding countermeasures and methods are put forward to provide some feasible reference for the good and fast development of the company. At the same time, it also contributes to the safety construction of the construction industry in China.
