PAGE 2 本科毕业论文（设计） 题目：大数据时代网络舆情特征与治理对策 摘 要 随着大数据时代的不断演进，社会公众在网络上发表的一言一行都推动着网络舆情的产生和传播，复杂的社会环境使舆情事件呈现出突然、高发的态势。在大数据时代的背景下，对网络舆情的特征及网络舆情的治理进行进一步的探讨，成为了当前继续研究的热点。本研究将在大数据环境基础之上探究网络舆情特征及舆情治理。首先对大数据、网络舆情的概念做出了明确的解释；其次以大数据为背景对当前网络舆情的特征进行分析研究，随后举出具体事例分析网络舆情的发展脉络并总结治理经验；最后，根据大数据时代的环境以及网络舆情发展特征对网络舆情治理提出对策建议。 关键词：大数据时代 网络舆情特征 网络舆情治理 Abstract With the evolution of the era of big data, the words and deeds published by the public on the Internet have promoted the emergence and spread of online public opinion, and the complex social environment makes public opinion events suddenly and frequently. In the context of the era of big data, further discussion on the characteristics of online public opinions and the governance of online public opinions has become a hot spot of ongoing research. This study will explore the characteristics and governance of online public opinions on the basis of big data environment. Firstly, it makes a clear explanation of the concept of big data and network public opinion, then analyzes and studies the characteristics of current network public opinion from the background of big data, then gives concrete examples to analyze the development of network public opinion and summarizes the experience of governance. Finally, According to the environment of Big data era and the characteristics of network public opinion, this paper puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions for network public opinion governance.
