PAGE PAGE II 毕业论文 题目：工业生产自动化设备日常 维修与维护 摘要 随着自动化技术的不断发展和进口设备的不断采用，自动化设备在国内自动化企业的生产中得到了广泛的应用。因此，做好维修管理工作，做好设备的预防性维修和问题解决，对提高企业的生产效率 和经济效益具有重要意义。 设备是工业时代发展进步的结晶，保证了企业生产创造过程的正常运行。机电设备作为各工厂零部件和设备中最重要的一部分，随着时间的推移和操作次数的增加，将逐渐失去并产生各种安全隐患。对机电设备可能出现的问题采取预防措施，及时排除设备故障，是每个企业管理项目的重要课题。本文综合考虑了机电维修费用、能耗、技术要求等因素，重点介绍了机电设备故障维修及预防措施。 仪表自动化设备在生产过程中的应用，解放了人力，提高了生产和相关控制工作的自动化程度，大大提高了工作效率和质量。然而，仪表自动化设备在日常工作中的故障率很高，严重影响了企业的正常生产活动。为此，本文从生产实际出发，结合以往的工作经验，简要分析了仪表自动化设备故障的现象及原因，从日常运行管理、生命周期维护、预防性维护等方面提出了运行维护措施。 关键词：自动化设备 仪器仪表 生产设备维修 Abstract With the continuous development of automation technology and the continuous adoption of imported equipment, automation equipment has been widely used in the production of domestic automation enterprises. Therefore, to do a good job in maintenance management and preventive maintenance of equipment and problem solving is of great significance to improve the production efficiency and economic benefits of enterprises. Equipment is the crystallization of the development and progress in the industrial era, which ensures the normal operation of the production and creation process of enterprises. As the most important part of spare parts and equipment in every factory, mechanical and electrical equipment will gradually lose and produce various potential safety hazards with the passage of time and the increase of operation times.
